1. Our Commitment
We stand behind DokanGo and want every store owner to be genuinely satisfied. If you experience issues with the Platform, our first priority is to resolve them through support. Refunds are available in limited circumstances as described below.
2. One-Time Setup Fee — Refund Eligibility
2.1 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with DokanGo for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us via WhatsApp and we will issue a full refund of the ৳11,999 setup fee — no questions asked.
To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your payment confirmation date.
2.2 After 7 Days
Refunds requested after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund if:
- A critical technical defect makes the Platform fundamentally unusable and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- The Platform was materially misrepresented in our marketing materials in a way that would have affected your purchase decision
Change of mind, failure to use the Platform, or business reasons are not grounds for a refund after the 7-day window.
3. Annual Renewal Fee — Refund Policy
Annual renewal fees are non-refundable once paid, as they cover hosting infrastructure, ongoing maintenance, and support costs for the full year.
However, if you choose not to renew, your store will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after the renewal due date to allow you to export your data.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact us via WhatsApp:
- Send a message to 01674-982831 with the subject “Refund Request”
- Include your store name, your name, and your original payment transaction ID (bKash/Nagad TxnID)
- Briefly describe the reason for the refund
We will process your request within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Annual renewal fees (as stated in Section 3)
- Setup fees for stores that have been live and actively used for more than 7 days
- Any add-on services, custom development work, or customization fees quoted and delivered separately
6. Technical Support Before Refund
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly — we're committed to getting your store working perfectly.
